Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only.
To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The return period depends on where you purchased your item:
We have a 14-day policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to return the item to the store. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt of the item for return authorization. After authorization is received, the items must be returned to us within two weeks. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If your return is accepted, store credit will be issued for the original charge minus the original shipping and handling costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food items), custom products (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as health and beauty products). Community cloth face masks are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
