Archivist Gallery Matchboxes, The Boat Race

The Boat Race matchbox depicts a rather peculiar scene, and its unclear what this motley crew would be racing for. Perhaps a human dropped their lunch somewhere on the other side of the river?

The humble matchbox is elevated by the beautiful and quirky designs from UK-based Archivist Gallery. Collaborating with artists all over the world, these designs and illustrations are printed on beautiful textured board and printed using traditional letter press printers to give a wonderfully tactile & special finish. 

Contains 100 matches , each measuring approximately 4".

All of their sticks are sourced from strictly controlled FSC certified woodlands and all of their packaging is compostable & eco friendly.
