The Essien Throw was designed by French illustrator and graphic designer Noémie Cédille for Slowdown Studio.Through semi-abstract compositions she celebrates the instinctive meeting between form and color. Her shapes undulate, intersect, overlap to become evocative of a landscape, a body, plant and architectural elements.

These woven blankets are woven with care in the USA from recycled cotton, making them a sustainable and eco-friendly addition to any home. This lightweight throw is perfect couch cover, bed cover, picnic rug, or wall art

Slowdown Studio collaborates with emerging and established artists from all over the world to create functional and beautiful works of art. Each throw features a design from an artist and are produced in small runs.
