Long used by professional chefs in Japan, gingko wood cutting boards provide a firm cutting surface that is also gentle on your knife and resistant to dents due to the self-recovering nature of the wood.
Fine grained, smooth to the touch, and relatively lightweight, craftsmen at Woodpecker carefully select the piece of wood and only the part suitable for manaita is carved out and finished by hand, resulting in a solid board with a beautiful grain.
